All products are subject to availability. Even though we make every effort to display only items that are in stock in the ‘Immediates’ section, it can be that other customers had purchased your choice within the same duration of time. Items in the shopping basket are not reserved until such time as payment has been processed. In this case, email us the style, colour and size you intended to buy and we will order it to be made for you, in Italy.

The majority of the Glove designs ~ leather, suede, cashmere knit and velvet can be custom ordered from a colour palette of 30 colours per material. This allows individual shoppers or store buyers the opportunity to choose the colourways that are appropriate for their wardrobe or for merchandising their store. This illustrates the elements of versatility and uniqueness which are inherent in Shaneen Huxham’s gloves.

We do not have the same flexibility with custom colours for the cashmere knit Scarves as there are minimum quantities which the factory in Italy will knit. Therefore we limit the colours, the same with the light Luggage and Equestrian bags and the Hair accessories.


PAYMENT

All prices on our website are in US dollars. Shaneen Huxham, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment.

For security, all credit card payments are made using an encrypted gateway processor and credit card numbers are not stored in our records. Sales tax is applicable on all personal orders delivered within New York state and in accordance with County, State and Federal tax codes.


SHIPPING

All orders in the USA are shipped with US Postal Service as Priority mail in the USPS’ set priced packaging:  Envelope, Small, Medium or Large box. The shipping cost is added according to the size box your items require. Insurance will be added.

International shipments will be sent with US International Parcel Service. Insurance will be added. Do note that shipping charges during the checkout process do not include local import taxes or customs duty to enter into the destination country. Duty, tax and clearance fees imposed to permit delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

We are required by US law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. Because we are a wholesaler we are prohibited by law from stating your order as a ‘gift’ even if the purchase is intended as a gift by its recipient.

Once the product has been shipped, you will receive a notification with the USPS or US International Parcel Service Tracking number. Local shipments will be delivered within 6 to 10 business days and international shipments might take up to 3 weeks dependent upon customs clearance and regional delivery service.

Please make sure to supply a valid street address. If any delivery is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the original shipping cost and the return cost are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be added to the re-shipment of the package or deducted from the total of the order refund if the package becomes mislaid.


INSURANCE

Shaneen Huxham, Inc. insures the contents of each shipment from the time it leaves our premises and while in transit up to being delivered to you. A signature by an adult is required upon delivery and at which point responsibility for the product passes on to the purchaser. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself, then you accept that evidence of a signature by that recipient, or any party at that delivery address, is evidence of delivery by Shaneen Huxham, Inc. and responsibility transfers to the purchaser.


EXCHANGES and RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are accepted according to this Return Policy:

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt by the customer only if accompanied by an authorized return number.
Email us at info@ShaneenHuxham.com and we will email you a Return Authorization form. Fill in your name, address, the online transaction record number, the product style number and the reason for your return. Scan the form to us and if we approve of the reason for the return or exchange, we will send you the RA number.

A valid Return Authorization number must be used to accompany the shipment or the shipment will be returned to you. No refunds or credits will be issued on items returned without a Return Authorization number.

Please retain the tracking number on your shipping receipt so that you can track the package. Please insure the package else you will be held responsible if the package is not received at our location. Shaneen Huxham, Inc. is not responsible for the reimbursement if the package was mislaid and was not insured.

Items will only be accepted as valid returns for a refund or exchange if they are unworn and unused and in the same ‘as new’ condition as when the item was shipped. Upon receipt of the returned item, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the Return Policy requirement as accepted at the time of purchase.

Please retain all documentation and original packaging which accompanied the item.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges whether local or international. This applies to the original first shipment charge as well as the return charge if the customer requires an exchange or return of the item. In the case of an exchange, the reshipment charge of the new item will be paid by Shaneen Huxham, Inc.

Please allow 7 business days from the date of receipt of your return or exchange at our location for the exchange to be sent or the refund to be credited to your card. We will ask for the same credit card number from your original purchase to process the refund. You will receive an email once your exchange or refund has been processed.

Shaneen Huxham, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return of any item that does not meet the above return requirements at Shaneen Huxham, Inc.’s sole discretion. All items are quality controlled before they are shipped to ensure the merchandise is within our standard. The only reason for a return would be for gloves if the size might have been incorrect. Therefore please check our SIZE GUIDE to avoid yourself the expense of shipping and insurance charges for an exchange of size. If you have to exchange an item for another size, please email us info@ShaneenHuxham.com so that we can ensure that we have that size available and we can remove it from the website and hold it until we receive your item to be exchanged.
